At S-CARE, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please review our return and exchange policy before making a request.
1. Final Sale Items
- All sales items are FINAL and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
- Order cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed.
- Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
- Size exchanges are allowed for the same item, subject to stock availability.
2. Damages & Issues
Customers should inspect their order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of receiving your parcel.
Eligible defects for return/exchange:
- Cracks, major scratches, or dents
- Unwashable stains
- Damaged leather
- Items must have their original packaging with tags
To ensure a smooth resolution, provide clear photos illustrating the defect according to our requirements.
3. Return & Exchange Process
- Requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a clear description of the issue along with photos showing the defect and overall product condition.

Conditions for Exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
- Sandals must be returned in their original box.
- Size exchanges are allowed within 15 days, subject to stock availability.
- Customers may also visit any of our stores for a size exchange with proof of purchase within 15 days.
4. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
- Customers must arrange their own shipping for returns/exchanges and bear the shipping fees.
- A tracking number and proof of delivery must be provided once the item has been shipped back.
5. Important Notes
- Merchandise that is overworn, used, altered, damaged, or defective due to wear and tear will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to inspect the condition of returned items before processing exchanges.
- Returns/exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be processed, and our decision is final.
