Our S-CARE sandals and insoles are ideal for plantar fasciitis due to their supportive design.
Is it normal for my feet to hurt after wearing new S-CARE shoes?
Some initial discomfort may occur as the shoes break in. Gradually increase wear time to allow the footbed to conform to your feet.
Are S-CARE sandals comfortable?
Yes, comfort is a primary feature of our sandals.
How long will S-CARE sandals last?
With proper care, S-Care sandals can last up to 10 years.
Will S-CARE sandals smell from sweat and odor?
Hand wash and air dry. Use appropriate cleaners for suede and leather. Sandals are water-resistant but should be thoroughly dried after exposure to water.

Can I choose the currency I pay in?
All payments are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), US Dollars (USD), or Saudi Riyal (SAR).
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX, WeChat Pay for both national and international orders. GrabPay, Shopee Pay, Touch n Go ewallet & FPX payment is only available to our Malaysian customers only. Don't worry, We are adding more payment options soon.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Shipping Delivery

How long does delivery usually take?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Singapore orders take an additional 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). International orders may take longer due to customs and unforeseen circumstances.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all Southeast Asian countries and the UAE. For other destinations, please contact us. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. s.care.customercare@gmail.com
Does the shipping cost include customs, duties, and taxes?
No, customs, duties, and taxes are not included. International orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Additional fees will be charged upon delivery and are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges
Need to return or exchange an item? Learn about order cancellations, defective items, and how to request a return or exchange. Please review our conditions before submitting a request.
Can I cancel my order?
No, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Submit a request via our Contact Us page within 15 days of receiving the item, including photos and a description of the defect. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, size exchanges are allowed within 15 days, subject to stock availability. Exchanges can also be made at our stores with proof of purchase.
What conditions must items meet for a return or exchange?
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and accessories. Item should be returned in their original box.
Who bears the shipping cost for returns?
Customers must arrange and pay for shipping. Proof of delivery and a tracking number are required.
Can you refuse a return or exchange?
Yes, we reserve the right to inspect items and refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy. All decisions are final.
